In Benjamin’s defense, they were not sure the hired gun was coming back for a 2nd season. There was sightings of coach/dad at several schools over the summer correct? Why schedule a powerhouse if you’re not sure you will be a powerhouse?

they dont want the kid hurt by playoffs so they got an easy schedule and they lay low hard to get film on them too, Loraine, and May,Garden city, etc teams are already beat up and have kids out Westbrook stays healthy because they have the best weight lifting program/ conditioning system in place for six man football teams so they can play a hard schedule

Look at Benjamins schedule last year they never played anybody until playoffs, Knox city, Garden city, Rankin, May, Westbrook year after year beat each other up before playoffs, then after district they are hurt and have kids that are done for the season, Westbrook prevails because of there staff and workout program

In DII I agree. If you're talking about DI too then you're just letting your bias cloud your judgement. Ever heard the saying about beating a dead horse? That's what would happen if Benjamin played Westbrook this year or last.
Westbrook has had kids hurt in both of the last two seasons, Remember that was the only reason they lost any games. They were just fortunate the injuries happened when they did and they had everyone back by the playoffs.
There's at least 4 teams in DI this year that I would pick to beat Benjamin if they were to play.

Also to that. Abilene Christian stays healthy and they might be the top team in TAAPS . Big, physical, well coached, not scared to play boys down there. Don’t know who else they have on their schedule but don’t be surprised if they dismantle their remaining opposition.

Yes because I'm sure the first phone calls after they won state were to coaches at Knox City, Westbrook, Happy, Jayton, Rankin, Gordon, Klondike or Abbott or May begging to play them this year so they could see how they will look before District.
I mean it’s easy to have no fear when there’s no threat. It’s kinda like the guy who brags he never lost a fight. I say he’s either very selective or never been in a real fight.

come watch the show and wake up. The talent, and work ethic is different. just open your eyes and whiteness it. Knox city beat the “1” team in division 1. That is hilarious down here in Knox county. Benjamin would dismantle Knox city by halftime, watching a scrimmage and a game this year that is a fact. Done arguing with you gurus or lack there of.

No one is gonna travel to Benjamin to watch them beat a team that's ranked somewhere around what 40th to 60th, probably the average ranking of all their opponents combined, If that. No one cares, woo hoo enjoy the show. It's not a show, it's a sad excuse for a schedule and until someone down there "Nuts Up" and actually plays a pre-district schedule against TOP RANKED OPPONENTS No one cares.

Should be easy enough for ya with such a hard schedule. Enjoy the game Friday against Guthrie, ranked 219th in the state. Should be a nail biter
I hear ya be loud be proud. Nothing wrong with that. But just be honest. Without the ONE where do finish the season??? Great players make others good. But without great players are they really good? The ONE is a super talent no one disputes that but until he moved in Benjamin wasn’t in anyone’s thoughts.
