This was a district game. I guess my question is can PC forfeit the varsity game and play the JV without forfeiting all of their district games?

I think once upon a time if you forfeited one you had to forfeit all them

I understood that both Panther Creek and Lohn forfeited their seasons at the first meeting. Lohn didn't have enough for a team so hasn't played at all. Panther Creek had enough to suit up a team and has been playing. Some JV's and some varsity's. I suppose all of their district games should be 1-0 scores. Granger is probably knowledgeable in that area.
