Throckmorton/Knox City matchup Upset???

My bad, Football God. I shouldn't have jumped on you just because you support Throckmorton. It's just that you are in agreement with Goob and that sets me off a bit. My apologies - for what it's worth.

dawgfan23,
Here lately folks have been raggin' on Water Valley so much I thought, at first, that you were being facetious. Thing is, they did have a great year. They just happened to run into the Ira buzz-saw (that would be #12) a little too early in the playoffs. Thanks, I'm sure the boys would appreciate that.

I just try to see things for what they are, if you've got a good team, they deserve their due props, whether you are a supporter or observer.

Do enrollment cycles not happen in the west?
How do you measure coaching talent?

Yes they happen all the time, which is precisely why I said that it's just cyclical.

Coaching talent was an opinion. You were asking for reasons - I gave you my opinions.
OK, we agree that having stud players
is all the luck of the draw,
and,
it's not necessarily a fact
that coaching talent is concentrated in the west.
(I'm prolly attempting the un-doable
but I'm just trying to make an unbiased assessment).

How many teams in the west
have 2 experienced head coaches on staff?
That could be a starting place?
