Changes in Rankings

Just so everyone is aware, I have updated the rankings now several times due to missing/incorrect scores (from this week and last). The way to know if all games are correctly, you can check here:

You can click on a team to see their season schedule.

Also, I have answered this in several places but wanted everyone to know. Rankings are not just based on how you did in the previous week. It is how you have done all year. If a major opponent or opponent's opponent won or lost last week, you may see some dramatic moves.

A question I have probably asked before but have forgotten your response...... after perusing the rankings and power ratings, is there an absolute beginning and end to the numbers? I noticed the ratings go from around 8.44 to 372.xx. Just wondered how high or low a team can go and if you have any historical data to compare say the highest rated teams from the past?

You cannot compare eras or years with this. The system is independent and gets as big as it needs to in attempt to place everyone appropriately. Obviously now with so many teams, it is expanding quite quickly and widely.

I try to keep everyone above 0.

In the original rankings (many, many moons ago) it was that the best teams were supposed to be around 100.

I have been trying to figure out where in the message board is the additional information you post about the district's and team. I'm from out east and we might be a little slow so is there a particular thread or place where you talk about the district's and/or teams.

If you are from the East, forget it, all the info, positive comments , live broadcasts, or any online coverage comes from the dust suckers out west, about the WEST teams only. TRY COMMENTING ABOUT ANY TEAM OVER HERE AND SEE WHAT YOU GET.........

Each district has a listing in the message board........content is generated by each district
