Richland Spring recruiting?

So I was reading in the San Angelo paper today, that Richland Springs coaches were caught recruiting a kid from Mullin, and that the district committee ruled the kid as ineligible to participate in varsity sports. Also it states that UIL is set to meet with RS regarding this matter.
