San Antonio Feast has a good bunch of Boys and Coaches. Well coached with a good group of athletes.

This game is being played at Valley I believe. The Patriots play well at home.

A 12 point spread with two teams ranked as high they are is not much .... Happy is good team going up against a good team with years of great tradition. Would be a good one to attend.

Looks like a fan will get his full 4 quarters worth of admission charge on this one. Good Luck to both ...

Hey coyote, glad to see you found your acorn.

Anyhow, on my previous statements, maybe they were unclear. I never said that christian schools were any "better" than public schools. I simply stated that t he y deserved more respect than given. You can not take the best program (and maybe team) in 6-man football in the last 10 years and put them up against a down Feast team and make a judgement on that. There are plenty of public school teams that are GREAT!!! (Rs, calvert, crowell, BC, Ira...etc), but I'm simply stating AGAIN that there are also plenty of Christian schools that should be rated much higher(BCAL, Capital christian, Feast (even with the loss to RS).

THAT_GUY_SHELTON you do understand that the ratings and rankings are not subjective but determined by data input into a mathematical formula. The same data and formula is used for each team. Therefore the phrase "should be rated" does not apply. They are rated and ranked according to their performance not where someone thinks the "should be". This isn't the BCS of old.

If you will hang around for 3 or 4 years and really study the "Toy" you will see how this plays out. The further into the season the more precise the rankings become.

Just a few numbers here.

Below are the listings from the top 10 in every Division both public and private. ( no independents ) ( one Private Division has 9 )

There are 137 Public Schools in the full rankings and 123 in the Private.

Out of the top 24 ranked schools 20 are Public and 4 are Private.

The highest ranking Private School is #13. They would be a 35 point underdog to the first 5 ranked teams and a 45+ point underdog to the top 2 ranked Publics.

The other 3 Private Schools occupy #17 - #18 - #20. They would be underdogs to 5 DII schools.

At this time no Private School has a Power Rating of 300 or above. 11 Public schools do.

These are the figures as of the 4th week rankings. Keep checking the rankings and see how these numbers change.

I am not picking on ACHS here, just pointing out that of the two ranked Public Schools they played they lost by margins of 66 and 50 points. They also lost to the Top Ranked Private school by 50. They are ranked #3 behind Boerne Geneva in their Division.
