Have they had a common opponant besides May? Yes, Blanket and Rising Star. Blanket beat Zephyr in a close game and was 45'd by Gordon. Both teams 45'd Rising Star. May beat Zephyr handily without having to go to future formations that might have tipped their hands to future opponants. May 45'd Gordon when all of the chips were on the table. Or was all of the chips on the table for that game? What ever, just a passing thought. Gordon has more speed, Zephyr will have the tougher defense. Once Zephyr got the Choate kid back for the May game, I'm not real sure how much the others that were out will improve their team. I know Blanket getting their MLB back in time to play Zephyr helped them a lot. Should prove to be a good match of teams. If Gordon can find the same intensity that they had with Strawn, then I would give Gordon a slight nod.
