As always, I wanted to take a bit of time to share with y'all some of the things I'm looking at changing this off-season. Also, as always, this thread is open to suggestions. Now, I won't guarantee every suggestion will be implemented, or implemented this year, but all suggestions are at least considered. Some of these things will be repeat items that I simply didn't get to last year, and I'll probably be adding to this list as the off-season goes on but this is my starting point.

- Major Database Rewrite: After my fifth year running the site, it's time that I re-build the database to a better, and more normalized, structure.
- Player of The Week: This was a priority of mine this off-season but things kept coming up that prevented me from being able to re-write the code necessary to do what I wanted to do here. The plan for this, going forward, is that folks (coaches, fans, players, etc) can nominate their PoTW nominees. Then either me, or a panel of folks I'm able to talk into helping me, will select the top 5-10 finalists each week. Then those finalists are added into a poll here on the site, and voted on by the members. The winner at the poll deadline will be the SixManFootball.com Player of The Week.
- Better Favorite Teams: This is one I'd planned on fixing last year, but simply didn't get to it in time. Hopefully I'll have the time this year to see this one through.
- Playoff Pick 'Em: We had this last year, but I replaced it with the bracket challenge. Next year I think we'll have the bracket challenge as well as the weekly playoff pick 'em.
- Score Ticker: I'm wanting to add a "ticker" that displays all the live/final scores of the week at the top of the site, starting Thursday evening through Saturday night.
- District Standings (Overall): Right now you can see district standings on each team's "Standings" page, but I'm wanting to build a page that lists all of the districts in a division together, along with their standings.
