I think you're on the right track.

So who drops out of my top ten. I was going with your input. I dropped the #10 team and added Blum. It was a coincidence that it was Aquilla. LOL. Seriously, it really was. I want to try and put a good one together, so let me know who falls and I will research. I can't have 11 in the top 10, so if one is added; one has to go. I don't know enough of the western power houses, so I'm dependent on comments -- the good and the bad.
