UIL Realignment?

Just wondering. When does the UIL announce next years Realigned districts?

Rumor out of somewhere is it will come out in November, mid to late. Too hard to schedule when you might schedule a district opponent for a non district game.

Back in the stone age, they announced the new alignments before the season ended.

Does anyone know if they are doing 2 divisions, or consolidating and just having 1 divison? I hear both.

All six man schools will be classified 1A and will be divided Div I and II

It will never go back to one division....All Conferences have 2 divisions....Society loves the everybody gets a trophy style.

The cut off numbers for each classification will be announced in November. The alignments will be released in February.
