Smokey Joe, you were pretty good on that piano and you gave yourself a good comment. It’s funny how some people get so upset if their team isn’t ranked and blame Granger. I like the rankings, spreads, and all, but it still comes down to Jerry World in December. I thank that anyone that doesn’t like sixmanfootball should start their own site if they know more.
Thanks but actually that was me on the sax........... 5111 was the piano pounder...........

Not me. After about 3 months of practice at UD they had a recital. Taught us all beforehand how to curtsy and bow afterwards. All the girl's went first. First guy was me, who did fine then curtsied like all the girls before me I'd watched. Brought the house down. I didn't want to play piano anymore.

Still love it, guitar, fiddle and steele. Learned the piano part on this while there. But Buckaroo Don Rich does it much better.

It seems evident that there is no human input in the current ranking changes. Moving up 59 points and going ahead of two teams that beat them, one by 46 points?!

The mouth from the south has resorted to accusing teams of throwing games now. Anyone suprised?
I thought that might draw you back out sixmanonly. Say, since you wouldn't come out to discuss the upcoming district championship game last week, i am curious. Did you make it out to the Hornet Bowl for the game Friday night? Did the hornets play their best game, or were they holding it back for Blanket? I think the Coyotes only ran two different plays all night! (All night meaning first half)

Nice edit. Not sure what the staff or the kids from GC ever did to you, but there really is no need to insinuate that we can't win a game without the other team "throwing it". That's also a slap to the face of Sterling City. They are a program with character and integrity, and they played hard all the way to the end. I don't care what your beef is with other programs and kids, but you can mind your business when it comes to ours.

You will draw me out anytime you make ridiculous accusations like that. But its no surprise that you would do that. I can assure you you are on an island alone when you say stuff like that.. it takes real effort to be that miserable. Good luck to all the teams that have worked there tails off to get where they are. And to the coaches who have taught their boys opposite of your observations.

Well I always wonder about these but can anyone explain this one for me. Waco Parkview in the TCAF rankings jumped from 10th to 4th with a change of 69.46 despite getting beat 48-0 in the first round of the playoffs.

YEAH, I CAN EXPLAIN!!

* WHO CARES ABOUT RANKINGS!!!!. Its been proven year after year that rankings are not consistent. Its who shows up to play in the PLAYOFFS! That should determine your rankings more equally. Even though your approach is very socialist.... Reagan is rolling in his grave right now with this SJW, feminist, leftist views that are destroying the game of football every year. I like the fact that you "care" about the game of football... but for the wrong reasons imo

You want to know why? Because their game the week before resulted in a forfeit and went in as a 1-0 (45-0) win over THESA... it had not been given to me prior to me posting the rankings last week (and I wasn't going to redo them)... this was mentioned on the message board last week. It is not really representative of results on the field BUT that's what happens when you start introducing forfeits into the mix...

Does this help?

It amazes me how people STILL gripe/ask questions about the rankings. THEY ARE A MATHEMATICAL FORMULA!! It's not the AP poll! There's no human intervention. It's all a numbers game. It doesn't take into account 17 year old kids, turnovers, poor coaching decisions, weather, how cool your uniforms are, or how good your team was 30 years ago. QUIT CRYING ABOUT THE RANKINGS!!! Granger, thanks for all you do.
