I have a question, if the two best teams from a district have the same record at the end of the season but do not play each other due to a cancellation, how is the district winner determined?

I would guess point differential

Each district has a plan on determining playoff spots to settle ties. If they don't or it doesn't settle it, it usually goes to a coin flip
