No, heard from a reliable source that JB won't be the HFB coach. Never know though. Crazier things have happened in the coaching carousel world.

I understand y'all want to know. Sometimes I don't get information prior to a coaching hire being official. This is also not meant for rumors. I feel that that would be disrespectful to the coaches that may or may not want others to know. Y'all have to realize there is a waiting period for the board to approve and then the rest is up to the coach. Y'all saw what happened the past few years where a coach will pull his name out of a job and go somewhere else. There's more to this than just spurting out names and hypotheticals.

Who exactly is your "source" ? Who exactly are the "nuts with a radical agenda" ? Have you read the Richland Springs' School Board's minutes ?. Why would they want to completely dismantle Richland Springs athletic program ? Wishful thinking on your part ?

I'm not giving out any names. But it is a reliable source. That's all I know.
Idk about the superintendent trying to dismantle everything. I doubt that's the facts but who knows right? Maybe RS will be running dry of talent in a few years, and the super dismantling the program is the blame. I don't know. If they have Ethridge as AD, I'm assuming they will be still doing what they do.
Shawn Rogers. I wasn’t gonna say it but several others have now. Rogers and Phillips should be a pretty good combo in Grady.
Jeremy Kirk is the new head coach at Baird.

It looks like Mr. South may be on to something, as I read in the coaching vacancies that they are looking to hire a girls coach. I know for a fact that Dara Chandler has been the most successful girls coach in Richland history. So the question of Why from Texas Rebel seems to be the 64 dollar question.

If this was the case, Richland Springs would be afforded the opportunity to hire a replacement with a child who may be a stud player. Would be legal.
