I made no ad hominem attack. My argument has been the same since you and I began our discussion. Texas didn't do what they needed to do to get to the NC game. You seem to think that running Tech down is important. Maybe it is to some folks, but Tech has nothing to do with tu beyond the simple fact that they are the one game tu needed to win.

The alternate reality is part a nd parcel to this discussion. Tee-sippers don't think they should be bound by the rules. Being forced to irritates them greatly. Hence the alternate reality theory.

I agree, though - the mushroom and humidity statements was an outright left-field attack. Please accept my apologies if a spoke too much truth.

I should have restated to say that the mushroom thing and the humidity thing were indeed ad hominems.

I am a member of another board. We stopped calling them ad hominems, or straw men, or any real names of logical fallacies. We just go here http://www.nizkor.org/features/fallacies/ and call out the number.
