I Found the 91 Oglesby Bosqueville scores and forwarded them. Lonestar has the them as 1/0

I did that a lot where I was either able to determine from published district records, or had seen an article where Team A had beaten Team B, but never published the score.

I found and added in some scores for those teams in that area for 1991...those articles the Gatesville paper did had some great info in them...including all time series records between the schools playing each week...even included a few old scores and stats!

Where you able to get them all? I think your refering to Jonesboro, Iredell, Cransville Gap, Walnut Springs and Star? Gatesville usually covered that distric right along with Oglesbys.

So I started looking at Zephyr and noticed something right away. There are no football scores for them in the Brownwood paper which the archives only go to 77. All I see for Zephyr are Basketball scores and big basketball tournaments. So did they not start playing football until 1978?

And dont try searching Zephyr in Texas in 1978 because the 1st 300 hits are for the Automobile:) haha

Also, on the 1938 Brown County six man game. Do you have any other details from the article, because thats a needle in haystack.

Man I found it right off the bat...haven't looked at this article for a few years now...it is from an article in one of the Coleman papers from 1939...it is talking about the upcoming games of six-man football to start the season and how they are the first six-man games to be played in the county. It then says "Buffalo played an experimental football game with a Brown county opponent last year"

I tried looking into it more but came up empty (believe I looked through the 1938 Coleman papers)
