I resemble that remark ... gosh, I still remember the yellow-and-black-polyester plaid pants I wore in high school. Lord knows how many polyesters died for those pants ...

Any kin to the Naugas that provided the faux leather coverings for couches and chairs?

Even with the mass slaughter of both species in the 70s, sadly neither is endangered. Out of style, yes, endangered, no.

OBK...I found this article today online...am I wrong or is this lady mistaken...Allen was not playing six-man football in 1936 or 1937...I don't have them playing until 1939 season (could have played in 1938 but not in a district)

I don't think they were. She did say her late hubby was a guard, which would have them playing 11 man.
