A question, Granger, that I hesitate to approach. I have noticed that Happy (10) and Water Valley (11) are playing each other in Hico. The last game on the plate in HIco is Blum (7) and Strawn (8). Was it only pure coincidence that placed these teams next to each other? Or, is this an attempt to drum up a little extra before and after talk?

That's funny. and interesting.

I make it a point to not look at schedules, so I had no clue.

I understand that Crowell and Borden County play each other in the first week also. There could be some movement in and out of the top ten in week one.

I can understand giving them the benefit a little after being state champs 2 years in a row but not that much. cowboy also after his 1 minute of fame that he said by far forestburg wins district then he did the same thing in his rankings.

Seriously, I post some on another site with no edit function. It keeps me on my toes to keep from looking illiterate. Makes me work proofreading. Bless Granger for that edit function. It's saved me some embarrassment as I get careless sometimes.

I don't claim to be an English teacher if you're pointing at me. I'm a numbers guy. So I really don't care $ and numbers do. By the way did someone rank a team that doesn't exist anymore? Yeah you have your rankings and he has his. I was aiming that at him more than you. It's all about the last game not the first and I'm just ready for some football.

I can't give you an honest ranking until I've researched every team. Last year don't mean squat except who left and who stayed and who you gained. You will do what you want and I just got some post going on a dead site.

I haven't done rankings this year. You must be talking about Shad's.
I stated my opinion about Throckmorton, and I have a 50/50 chance of being right.

I probably forgot them. I added so many teams, it is all a blur. It will probably be tonight until I can access everything and get them added.

isn't sixmania something to do with cowboy?! that's the way they announced it on the tv. anyway we scrimmage northside and paint creek Saturday I think. it looks like we will learn more after throck plays tioga because we play them week one and they do week three.
