I can still remember when we changed from 11 man to 6 man, it was met by hesitation and uncertainty. After watching my two boys grow up playing 6 man football I witnessed a change in attitude not only from the kids but the community. Watching and expecting success was a weekly occurrence and it became the “norm”. Coaches instill this in their players who then become leaders of men that pass it on to the next generation no matter what school they have the privilege of coaching at. When you get use to winning, you expect the best from EVERY player and see the potential in them.
