Water Valley vs. Eden

WV Backer

Six-man pro
Does anybody even care or are we all looking forward to WV vs. Follett? Any Bulldog fans out there that think there could be an upset? Any Wildcat fans out there sick of OBK calling us Follett South (despite the fact that it kinda' fits)? Anyone think Eden can take second in the district instead of Sterling City (enumerating chickens prior to hatching)?

Kinda fits? Did you see that list of coaches that changed schools in the offseason? I get it already, it's a joke. It would be nice if the joke fit though. If we were to put a direction in front of the old school a coach came from there sure would be lots of North, South, East and West schools. Dang that's confusing but I think it makes the point. One last thing, if a school is to get tagged from where a coach came from I sure wish WV was known as GC south. Just my opinion.

Since we have a bye week and if work goes as planned I will be in Jayton for the WV/Follett game. Looks to be a great game.

Im kinda feeling sorry for Follett. I know when the games were scheduled, they couldnt have known the strength of the teams they are playing in a row. But IF the rumors I hear about Crowell are true, then the Follett kids better have their heads on a swivel after every play. I would hate to see injuries knock Follett down in the middle of district play. I want them to be 100% when we get them next week. As for Eden, they will have 6 players on the field determined to ruin Water Valleys homecoming. See ya at tha game!

Well... then I'd say it'd be a great time tonight for Eden to unleash the 3 headed monster!!!!

GO WILDCATS!!!

I guess this one ended pretty much as expected. Next up, an undefeated Follett squad with quality wins over Meadow, Valley, and Crowell under their belts. This one should be very interesting - especially on a neutral field.

Blue Bird,
The WV takes on the Panthers of Follett in Jayton next Friday (18 October) @ 7:00 (that's 1900 for us military types). Hope you can make it, this one promises to be a tough contest for both teams.
