Nobody targeted an entire team. That was a great team just like May was. Injuries happen that’s part of it. Just like this year whoever wins Friday doesn’t mean either team is anything short of great in my opinion. They are both in the third round.
Last I checked it doesn’t matter the could-a would-a should-a all that matters is the score on Friday night.

I think Borden County is on a roll at the right time of the year. Took a while for total adaptation to Coach Steele's philosophy.
This is my upset pick. BC by 12.
I think WB is too steady and handles the upstart newbies at WV.
I think bc has been on a roll but from what I’ve seen whiteface is the wall that will stop them in their tracks whiteface will win this one by 32 is my prediction. I think this one will be one heck of a game for 3 quarters but the 4 quarter will be whiteface’s worlds should be a good game hope I can make it to lockney to see this one.

Me either, I had WV by 12. So awesome to be able to listen to these games. WV had the fumble early and Westbrook took advantage going up 22-8. But by end of night it was Westbrook turnover prone. Sounded like some were mishaps and some just caused by swarming defense of WV. Seemed to me like Westbrook came out the gate more motivated at kickoff and WV more motivated to start 2nd half. My take from the audio. Congratulations WV and also to Westbrook for a great season and one heck of a 4 year run.

Every year there is a team or teams that suffer the loss of a key or dominant player that would greatly alter the outcome of a game. No one notices it unless that player was on your team. You play with kids you have on the field. No excuses, if, and, or buts.

Hats off to Water Valley, great game and good luck moving forward. Super proud of our Westbrook wildcats, what a dominant run. These seniors played in 58 of the possible 60 career football games earning 2 state titles, a runner up and regional final appearance for the 5th year in a row. Super proud of these kids and coaches. NEXT MAN UP!
