These are schools with numbers for new alignment missing. Looks like it will be tough forDell City to field a team and someone said Matagorda will not playb1A football.

Numbers that have caught my eye...maybe it's just me still being relatively new to six man but here goes...

Apple Spring up 16 (up to D1)
Brookesmith up 20
Bryson down 13
Campbell down 19
Covington up 15
Springlake-Earth back up to 101 (close to 2A)
Eden down 13
Borden County up 11
Garden City up 16 (98 overall growth possible to 2A for 2026 realignment?)
Gholson up 24
Harold up 13
Hart up 11
Ira down 15
Iredell up 1
Lazbuddie down 14
Leakey up 7 (104 is that 2A?)
Lometa up 10
Marfa down 21
McDade up 26 (solidly 2A)
Meadow down 15
Newcastle up 23 (back to D1)
Perrin-Whitt up 7 (103 so close to the cut line for 2A)
Rankin down 17
Ranger down 30 (solid 1A now, no longer outlaw!)
Richland Springs up 13 (just under D1 cutoff?)
Rising Star up 11
Sidney up 12
Sierra Blanca down 18
Silverton up 19 (up to D1)
Spur down 29
Three Way down 26 (down to D2)
Throckmorton down 13
Water Valley down 16 (back to 1A)
White Deer down 17
Whiteface up 12 (100 total, more to come for 2026 alignment?)

Zephyr is the one hanging in the balance between D1 and D2. They are probably sitting on pins and needles and won't officially know until February!

20 to go:
AVALON BALMORHEA BUCKHOLTS BURKEVILLE COOLIDGE COTTON CENTER DARROUZETT DELL CITY GUSTINE HIGH ISLAND LADONIA FANNINDEL LINGLEVILLE LOHN MATAGORDA MILFORD RUNGE SANTA ANNA VERIBEST WALNUT SPRINGS

guessing it will be either 60.5 or 61.5...if Benavides, Runge, & Boys Ranch come in all would be D1 and likely push it up to 61.5 I would think
I think it will still be 60.5. There are five schools sitting at 60. I think it will take three or four more D1 schools joining (in addition to the ones you listed) to push the number to 61.5
