Of the ones left, only Wilson and Grandfalls-Royalty are totally in D II. That leaves six to lift the average and possibly the median. We may be looking at 62 for the cutoff number. Valentine was not in a district last year.

Why did Ranger get removed from the list? 102 on Dave Campbells. And what about High Island, turned in 73 on Dave Campbells and does not say they are option to play 2A D2.

On the spreadsheet, is Fruitvale and TLC Midland included in the average and median? Assuming the 104.9 cutoff remains the same these two schools numbers could affect the average and median. Not by much but this time of year, one student can mean all the difference.

In the UIL realignment package that was sent out, it says there are few ways you can keep playing down (in 1A sixman) but have to participate in everything else 2A.

Wilson should be in the 40’s and no idea about Gfalls

Typically, the cutoff has been 104.9

This was from the last realignment:

1A104.9 and below


1A Division I59.5 – 104.977 schools
1A Division II59.4 and below76 schools
