Besides White Deer I haven't heard anything regarding Panhandle schools. I'm sure some movement will happen. I hope Miami keeps Coach Hale. He's a good dude and coach.
However I'll throw out a hypothetical rumor. Ira hires Goodwins son from Naz and Naz makes Mitchell Parsley HFB, and maybe AD.
Going by history, Hedley, Darrouzett, possibly Boys Ranch (just a guess), doubtful on Lefors, Cotton Center, Wildorado could come open.

I know this is a football site…but for whatever reason this NBA trading stuff has got me in a basketball mood! What basketball coach moves are we gonna see?
Hearing Miami's AD Kerri Dukes moved to Wheeler but will commute. Heard Coach Paul Hale is very liked in the community, kids, and people want him to stay. Heard head BBall may be open. Coach Armando Solis has had mixed feelings with the kids and community. He has a backup though, wife is Miami's supe lol

Lot of talented kids not playing for some reason in Miami, playing way less talented upperclassman than talented underclassman.

Yup! And a LOT of the community is not happy with the current basketball coach who's wife is the supe. Get him out or demote the guy. He's not developing talent, he's choosing favorites. He was not the greatest hire in many eyes opinions. Coach Paul Hale has been good so far. Everyone loves him! Great guy!

That is unfortunate. Still hope they get the W in the playoffs! I know they play White Deer, so we will see how it goes.

We played Miami 5 times this year, a great group of boys, we beat them 3 out of the 5 games. My son mentioned that the two times Miami beat us there was one specific kid who hurt them and he barely played the other three games. He was shocked by his little playing time. He could have started on our boys roster all season. Hope it all gets ironed out.

Such a shame when opponents and their parents are making notice. Do the coaches not watch film or is there grudges being held. What a disappointing season. Coaches who play the best kids regardless of class will always win.

This honestly sounds like a school board member’s kid is playing or possibly a coach with a favorite that keeps the kids from meeting their potential as a team. I would be transferring my athlete if that is a possibility.
Last year there were complaints on here about Miami coaches for having wasted talent on the sidelines and benches when they were District Champions and went 3 rounds deep in both football and basketball, with different coaches. Sounds like to me someone's feeling are hurt because their kid isn't getting the playtime they think they should.

Something has to be an issue. Idk. It is pretty telling when someone in your district (Booker) comes on here and agrees that this kid should be playing and couldve started for Booker all year. But yet is barely getting PT? Just makes you think what's going on...
And that wasted talent lost in the first round in football this year to a very young MC team after dropping down into D2. Sounds like y'all really know what your talking about.
