Crowell was yet underdogs again and pulled of another upset.. knocked off the number one in state again! Like I said there is no stopping this team. Get ready Valley! I see Crowell going home at the half this time..I don't think they're going to be nice a kneel the ball on you like before. Crowell State bound!

underdog according to one ranking system...texasfootball has had Crowell ranked higher than Ira all season

Give it a rest, Leman. It's not just "one ranking system". It is otherwise known as the "Bible of Sixman Football". Stick to 6-man history. You do much better looking back than you do looking forward.

I may one of only a few on this site saying it, but I don't spread rumors, or lies. The truth is the truth. I have multiple reliable sources backing up what I say.

I have multiple reliable sources myself, most being Coaches. Spout off a name and ill give em a ring and get the scoop for everyone. Its just the same ole gum flapping till something is proven!!

Ouch...burn...sorry you dont like crowell...however I did have them picked to win and have had them ranked higher most of the season...over 76% on picking all playoff teams in the preseason...not bragging but I'd say that is pretty good looking forward (did originally say Throck would win it all in DI...but I fair better with DII...always have)

Hell yeah! They will slap your mama and knock your teeth out from the field. They put the F back in Football. Bad news Bears of sixman! I'm going to write the biggest column on them.

Someone Please tell me what Crowell did that was "Dirty"? Someone who's actually been there and doesn't rely on sources. Crowell Plays HARD AND EMOTIONAL and that sometimes leads to flags but I have never seen them have the intent to play dirty. Did i not seen Crowell players helping up the bulldogs every chance they got. They've been doing that all year.

Crowell has athletes! They are blessed with a team of well rounded players..not just one or two. Plus we have coaches that love what they do....AND Crowell
has great fans! Dirty team? I think not! This is football...boys are gunna get hit...teams are gunna trash talk...adds fuel to the fire. We say bring it cause we can take it! After next week everyone will be saying Valley-who??

I'm not a name dropper. I have all the proof I need. If you want to call it gum-flapping, knock yourself out.

Isn't Nathan Hayes the head coach at Crowell? He's always had a reputation for encouraging this type of play/behavior and it's dogged him everywhere he's gone. I don't know if he cultivates an atmosphere of dirty play or just turns a blind eye when it happens but I've heard it about him before and will probably hear it about him in the future. It's sad too because I hear he was an excellent player at Blackwell.

I had heard before Follett played Crowell how dirty they were. I was instead impressed with their athletic ability and passion. I believe WV had as many personal foul penalties as Crowell did. What people don't realize that didn't watch both games is that if Follett would have played the second half against Crowell the way they did against WV then Crowell would have handily defeated Follett. After watching both play I thought Crowell was a three td favorite over WV and WV could only beat them by winning the turnover ratio dramatically. Of course this didn't take into account Crowell only making 2/8 pats. Crowell is loaded with talent and I wish them well.

You are aware of the fact that football is a contact sport, right? The entire concept of football is based on a team's ability to play HARD and over POWER their opponents and that's what you're going to see when you show up at a Wildcat game. PENALTIES are also a part of the game and EVERY team gets them. It happens. These two teams got along great on the field last night and were seen helping each other up NUMEROUS times. It's hard for me to understand why any adult would badmouth a good group of BOYS.

Crowell won fair and square and everyone that was AT the game knows it. This team of Wildcats loves this game and are all exceptional athletes and just all around good kids. It's going to take more than a few fair weathered fans to rain on this parade. GO WILDCATS!!!
