With one game left in the regular season there is a chance that District 1 and 3 could have 3 teams with one loss. How is it decided who the district champions are and how is it decided seating for 2nd and 3rd?

It’s a moot point, but district 2 goes by points allowed in case of a three way tie where head to head can’t determine the winner.
Example Team A beats Team B 50 - 20, Team B beats Team C 40 – 15, and Team C beats Team A 60 – 50.
Team A’s points allowed would be 80 pts.
Team B’s points allowed would be 65 pts.
Team C’s points allowed would be 90 pts.
This format encourages teams to play defense not run up the score on their opponent. According to the results above the district would shake out as follows:
1st place Team B
2nd place Team A
3rd place Team C
If a tie still remains between two teams with points allowed it goes to head to head between those two teams...

The tie breaker between the three teams will be Wildcard points accrued during the season. If there is a Wildcard point tie then it goes to heads up play.
Each district determines their own tie breaker. District three opted for total points against each team as a tie breaker. I was not there to vote no on that one but that is what ours was.

The Points Allowed Proposal will abide by the following procedure
3-Way Tie
A. Total points allowed in the games among the tied teams with the team with the fewest points allowed being granted position #1
B. The remaining two teams would then be awarded positions based on their Head-to-Head competition against each other
C. If ALL three teams are tied in total points allowed among tied teams, the teams would then go to total points allowed in ALL district games. Position #1 would be granted to the team with the fewest points with the remaining positions determined by Head-to-Head
D. If ALL three teams are tied in total points allowed among tied teams in ALL district games; the a COIN FLIP would determine position #1; then the remaining positions would be awarded by Head to Head competition.

In regard to district 3 unless I'm missing something which is definitely a possibility. Baytown will likely be 1st whether they win or lose Friday. If they win obviously they have the better record... If they lose their record would be tied with one of the below teams and if the tie breaker is determined by head to head they’d be in 1st because they beat these two teams.
