If it’s an assistant job you have to make sure you will like your co workers . Also be treated with respect . Make sure you get to do what you want to do it your leaving your family behind . Do not move it your going to be micro managed the whole time your there . Now if it’s head coach you get to do as you please . Run your program how you want etc . Of course the main thing is money . The money has to be there . Main thing is don’t let it be miserable or you will be back home in months .
