Water Valley vs Throckmorton On The Radio

I found it to be rather entertaining, mainly at the lady screaming from 20-30 feet away. I don't see nothing wrong with being biased, I can guarantee you that I would be, lol. It's not like they weren't from WV......
 
Ha I take great pride in seeing that "dontworryaboutit" took the time to put your two cents in about our broadcast I'm sorry that you didn't like it but I didn't loose any sleep over that! As far as the other 200 people that were listening along with you none of them complained about our broadcast all season long. You are correct in saying we are definitely weighted in the side of Water Valley because they are the team we chose to follow, and support. As far as the officiating goes I can honestly say that you may not agree with what Was said but the fact that I am a former official and the fact that the coach running the clock that had no dog I the race and several other people who had no dog in the race commented on the quality of officiating in negative ways leads me to believe that we were not out of line to say what we said. We never once said it would change the outcome of the game we just stared the obvious that the calls we lopsided and less than mediocre. Throcmorton has a great team and we wish them the best in their bid for a state title.
 
I highly encourage you jimmy14 and others to do a broadcast of your own I promise you that you will find out very fast you are no espn sportscaster your self and that you will have people that don't like your style of broadcasting either. But either way what you haven't figured out is that people like your self drive ratings for stations by tuning in just to talk smack and I do appreciate you for that as well!
 
I was at the T-Rock vs. WV game and was setting by a Ref that has been working sixman games for many years. He was very unhappy with what the refs did in this game! This ref like myself is from around Brownwood and just came to see the game. As for me I will say that I think T-Rock most likely would have won the game, but this was one of the worst called sixman games I have ever seen! I do not know what the radio guys said but I do know that what I saw last light was not good officiating. I would also like to tell both teams that they did a great job and good luck to T-Rock next week!
 
Well since you missed it Six man photog. They called a safety a touchback. Former official? Hahaha I would scratched you of my list just for calling a safety a touchback
 
I don't think any refs could have made up the 45 point smacking throck put down. Perhaps maybe these could have been the first neutral refs? Don't think wv has played any big games away from home
 
Ok Jimmy 14 I did see a safety and I would not call it a touchback! "Former official?" No he is still working games, he had just called a game the night before!
 
Ok jimmy I have already said that I think T-Rock would have won the game and that I was not a fan of the two teams playing in this game. I never said that any player was in the wrong. The only thing I said was that many people “At The Game” found that the Refs did a very bad job. So how has anything I have said upset you? Or are you one of the Refs from the game!

Thanks we got the point that you think the broadcast was subpar, and again thanks for the rating spike and if you can do a better job go buy you a microphone, set it up with a radio station and start doing it your self. Good luck to all teams still playing!

The ref's made a few bad calls against both teams from what i saw. They may have missed some calls also but they let them play football !! Many games that i have seen this season the ref's flagged every little nit-picken thing they could. I know penalties have to be given, but not every down. This is the playoffs !!! Let the boys do what they came to do !!
