I don't believe that the list that Jerry Forest shared with DCTF is complete ...

Also, I hear that High Island and maybe one other school turned in a 54.5 number; UIL shows D1 as 55 and up, D2 as 54 and below, so there may be some questions there.

Another question is the status of current UIL charter schools ... Lubbock Harmony (which also has sanctions on UIL website for failure to complete the season) and Irving Universal. UIL rules may require these schools to move up several classifications based on the smallest UIL public school in their attendance zone. According to the DCTF article, San Angelo TLC Charter (a former six-man school playing crowded field) is at 225 (Class 3A-D2, which is the current D2-D2).
