Toughest Districts

All leagues should be in district play and I was curious what are the toughest districts amongst TAPPS, TCAF, TCAL, etc.

The ones that come to mind are:
TAPPS D1 District 1 and 3
TAPPS D2 District 2
TAPPS D3 District 3
TCAF D1 District 2

I would say TAPPS DI District 3

Several teams in the playoffs last year. Looks like they will put 5 teams in this year.

I would say that TAPPS D1 district 1 is also competitive but it's too top heavy. You have Midland, Watauga, and Rockwall....significant drop after those 3.

I would have to agree that TAPPS D1 D1 is probably the toughest overall, but also agree that there is a big drop off after the top 3. In 2nd I would probably give it to TCAF D1 D2, after seeing alot of their games this year all the teams in the district are very competitive and a district that includes historically good teams like wylie and lucas. Also adding inspired vision and Waco methodist has increased the toughness. They are not to the overall level of TAPPS D1 D1 yet but are very close and will probably be equal with TAPPS in the next couple of years.

2014 TAPPS D 1 Playoffs featured the following number of teams:
Dist 1: 4 teams
Dist 2: 4 teams
Dist 3: 5 teams

Champion: D2 #1 seed
Runner Up: D1
Semifinalists:
D1-1 team, D2-1 team
D3-2 teams

Interesting facts:
D3 beat D1 #1 seed in Regional
D3 beat D3 #1 seed in Regional

Strongest/Toughest district hands down last year and soon to repeat?
D3

Div 1 Dist 3
You will see 4-5 teams come out of this district.
Emery at the top and 3-4 other solid teams after that.

Div 1 Dist 2
Midland and then drop off after that..
No offense to the other teams but they have man handled Watauga and Abilene already.
Rockwall has their hands full this week.

After week 9, looks like Div 1 D3 is a three team race with Emery, Baytown, and Pasedena with a drop this year for Kathy and Logos. Still a very tough district.

Close behind is Div 1 D1 with a four way tie for first with Midland, Rockwall, Watauga, Ovilla.
