Yes, I did. Now, am going to give you some history. My uncle was twelve years older than me. He was a high school all american football player. I grew up on football. He went on to play for Bear Bryant at Texas A and M. His knees got so bad they had to carry him up the stairs to his apartment at night and he had to quit. Bear was disappointed and told him he had him slated for college all american. My uncle and John David Crow, hiesman trophy winner were best friends in college. In high school my uncle's coach was Joe Kerbil at Breckenridge, look him up if you don't know him. I KNOW the value of a good coach and what a great difference he can make in a football game. I know football. This IS about the kids, a lot of these kids will never get to play again, it was their last time to suit up. They looked forward to this game all year and then came to the game only to find out that the coach had already chosen most of his starting lineup. Then to top it off, when at half time they were sixty points behind, he did not send his clean jerseys in. All the boys should have had equal playing time. This game should not have been about one or two or three players, but all of them. Now, as I said, my grandson played most of the game, this prob would have put him out of the plays for half the game, but would have been fair for ALL the boys. This was an all star game, all the boys there were really good players. There was no reason for the starters who were fumbling the ball, losing the ball to continue in the game. Why not were the other boys allowed as much playing time? Look, you had powerhouse coaches on the west team and not so powerhouse coaches on the east side. They made some bad calls and were not fair to the boys. So, of course, I am talking about the boys. The coaches match up was as one sided as the game was. Did you watch the game?
