Playoffs

I want to know also. I am pretty sure that in our district that Follett boys and girls will both be # 1 seeds. I think that the Darrouzzett boys will be the # 2 seed and the Miami girls the #2 seed.

Dang Grady must of turned it around after playing Paducah. While Paducah took a turn for the worse. I don't remember the last time Paducah hasn't made the playoffs but I guess this year was unexpected. But I know the girls are first in district.

There are 16 girls teams still in the state playoffs. (I'm talking Class A DII) Of those 16, Strawn is the only team still playing that did not finish first in their district.

Yikes! Nobody has even played them close in the playoffs. They won by 30, 46, and 33.
Good luck if they get another shot at Lipan. Don't know if anyone can hang with Lipan.

The last few years (at least the last three) they haven't lost many. mostly to larger schools and as you say in the state tournament, but I think they have an excellent chance at winning it all this year.

And then there were two.

Well Strawn and Lipan both won so they get to go at each other again.
It seems they are the class of Region 3.
Strawn took out teams in the top half of the bracket by 30, 46, 33 and 15 points.
Lipan opened with a bye then breezed by teams in the bottom half by 78, 34 and 35 points.
