They were replacing the Super. and Princ. too
so,
they said the HFC
and any other teaching positions were to be filled after that.
I'm sure a new Super. and Princ.
would want to do their own hiring.
It would be the perfect opportunity,
if they take advantage of it,
for the 3 top folks,
if they can come together and agree,
to change the whole paradigm of that school.

Yea I'm just hoping they can get good people at all the needed positions they have a good group of kids in there right now who have only gotten better because of the outside help of one dedicated guy from the community

Actually he is in college right now and in the process of doing that!!!

I doubt the Coaches they've had there in the past
were that bad.
Remember too
that the school plays a major part in retaining key personnel.
They need to make a good coach an offer he can't refuse.
Maybe more would stick around longer.
