We have a JR and Peanut. JR was thrown out by Jack in the Box running an extremely busy road and Peanut was dropped off here with no hair on him at all. We took them to the vet and have never had as much joy with two dogs in our lives. I think Pearl is beautiful and Indy is scary enough that I would honk before I got out of the car. I could use Pearls kisses, lol

The worst thing Indy would do to you is knock you over wagging his tail so fast in his joy at seeing you.........

He is most definitely not a guard dog, more of a over-enthusistic greeter....

Boy have I heard those "My dog wouldn't hurt a flea" stories before. There is something about the smell of an electric meter reader (probably fear) that will set them off every time!

Indy is on very good terms with the meter reader, UPS and FEDEX deliverymen/women, the mail lady, and several Jehovah's Witnesses (sometimes I wish he'd frighten them!). A stranger is just a friend he has not met yet......

Indy and Pearl are sweet dogs then. My dogs are not. They don't like anyone in the house with me. Peanut will run out and take a look, if he knows them it's ok if he doesn't them a whole lot of hollering goes on. Mostly me.

The driveling has trickled to a stop. ............ We need some new drivel material........... Maybe Cowboy can tell us about his latest exploits............ All I'm doin is hauling mulch for DSW....... Fifty bags so far and that just got the front beds..........

Mulching season just started here........

If we could squeeze a good rain out, this country would really put on its Sunday clothes. Now the
Bluebonnets and paint brushes are coming on and in some areas ( between Cherokee and Llano ) are
really nice.............

You mulching snow?

Except for the parking lot glaciers that were over 20 ft high at the worst (~ a month ago), it's all gone now. The bulb flowers are starting to peek up out of the ground now.

That's the main thing I miss about Texas springs.

Those of you who like me raised little ones in the early to mid 1990's all probably got heartily sick of Barney the purple dinosaur. Here's a new theme song for his show....

I hate you,
You hate me,
We chased Barney up a tree.

Shot him with a magnum 44.

No more purple dinosaur.
