Milford vs. Iredell

Just playing devils advocate here, but each played Oakwood recently, and while Milford allowed 71 points and went into the 4th quarter with Oakwood, Iredell only allowed 8, and got it done right after the half. Just saying, dont sleep on the Dragons.
 
And the tooth fairy is real and Santa is too. If Iredell beats my dawgs I will never post on this website again. No disrespect to the dragons but Taron will pick them apart, and the defense will hit the hard in the mouth for as long as the game goes.

True... though Iredell only allowed 30 by Jonesboro and Milford allowed 44, and that was the first two games of the year. This is all semantics, I was just pointing out something I thought interesting to add some context to the matchup. People seem to overlook games like this at times. Id rather the stadium be packed to see two good teams play.
 
I should point out that I have seen both teams play live, and yes the cap for Milford still might not have been found. Taron seems to be able to run at will, but is chunking the ball to some very talented receivers whenever he wants to as well. Milford is clearly the favorite, but I just pull for the underdog to make it a game at times. Might be a good test going into the Strawn game, though Strawn is a different beast.
 
Milford had 30 something points in the first quarter against oakwood.. They were just toying with them I'm sure or they got bored and let them back in the game..
 
As we are all fans of this great game. It's easy for us to look ahead past this week and be excited about the match ups to come. However, that's us the fans as for the kids and the coaches I'm sure they are focused in on this weeks challenge. Hopefully there is no boredom. Lol. Not this time of the year.. no looking ahead no reading all of us voicing our opinions on this site. Hopefully all teams remaining are fully concentrated on this weeks task...having said that Milford vs Strawn will be a great match up. But first things first.
 
I'm taking my DAWGS by 38. Hopefully there won't be a let down for our boys after an emotional game against RS. Let's stay hungry there is still work to do....

I try to stay unbiased, but I think I just became an Iredell fan.

You can not compare scores in the game of football lol . Endless it comes to a point system . It don't mater if they beat them by 1 or 2. A dub is a dub!
 
I'm in no way trying to discredit or disrespect Iredell, they are a heck of a ball team and are coming off probably the biggest win in their schools history. But it's championship or bust for my dawgs. Good luck to both teams and Roll Dawgs.
