mine too; yo no tiene chili este dia.

Hey Pete I would be more concerned about touching things other than face & eyes if I were you.

I think Smokey's saying you want to wash your hands real good before and after you go pee.

That part I know. . . I use one hand only when working with peppers, FYI the tingle and sweats are almost gone, time to try some more.

Pete, if you're swallowing those peppers, remember the Johnny Cash song.

I hope mine arrives next week. Haven't told my wife yet, but I intend to grow a plant in the house.

That should take care of that rodent infestation. You think your family will survive?
Just informed the warden of my plan. Was actually given permission - with restrictions. The plant will have to remain on my bedside table so that no one else can inadvertently touch it.

pete: You are monster! I haven't tried them dry but fresh the pain is bad. Will they go well in Frito pie?

smokey: I love pecans but I don't think they'll get by the border... which is too bad as my wife makes a mean pecan pie (for a Canadian that is). :) Thank you for the offer!

Today, somehow two different types of dried peppers made it into my backpack and to the office. One is dried pepper pod, red, sweet, and little or no heat. The other, some canucks idea of a good time. In a few short hours another chapter of the legend of Fajita Pete will be written.

I have casually mentioned to a few co-workers the hot pepper pods I have and of course all expressed an interest. Of course they don't have absolute confidence in my description of hot so I anticipate the requirement to try one first, hence the special pod.

Now I won't allow them to get hurt, that wold be wrong, I'm going to ensure they get only a small piece to try, and based on my two day trials that should be enough. Of course I'll put on a show, expressing how hot the piece I eat is.

I'll update you later :)

We have our ways. Actually I have a friend in the pecan bidness they ship all over.

Well topher, have to say thanks, thanks, thanks. I may have lost a "friend" figuratively and maybe literally, but the look on his face after a little slice was priceless. Had another beg for part of one to "get" a friend. Again, thanks a million.

Is the guy in ICU? What is his prognosis for recovery?
