Can you watch Bally Sports in another state?
When you travel outside of your home zip code (more than 50 miles), you have 30 days to enjoy streaming Bally Sports programming regardless of where you are in the United States. However, once those 30 days are over, you must return to your home zip code.

From reading above if you knew someone in Texas that had a ballysports account and they sahred their username and password with you, you could watch it in Illinois. I think Fubo is probably a no.
