I’ll bite. West: I’ll take same top four plus jayton. MC Lost everything.?Strawn nope they’ll have to beat Newcastle just for district. Think this is Balmorheas to lose.
East: same three. Plus I’ll add oakwood and Cherokee

Yes I forgot to mention Jayton, they should be pretty solid. I'll take Strawn off the list of contenders. MC lost a lot but they are always scrappy. Whitharral is another one in the west. I dont believe they lost many or any returners/starters, just their coach. They also split games with Klondike last year...
Cherokee could be sneaky, dont know much about who Oakwood returns.

Except they had 10-12 seniors returning last year along with a couple of stud move-ins...
