I left the teams in red out of alignment as they didnt have enough to field teams this year, now obviously they could change this alignement and a lot more than you might think. but this is my educated guess based on travel and past disricts.

This is very interesting and very possible for a 57.5 cutoff. I think the cut will be 58.5, but just my thoughts.
