Finally got the Raspberry Pi computer I've been piecing together with the kids up and running. We've been trying to just get hand me down parts and were missing a monitor. You can really use anything, but my BIL gave me a 19" HD monitor for Xmas. I returned it yesterday b/c it didn't have HDMI connectors (he thought it did) and they had just put all of their TVs on sale. We ended up getting a 24" HD tv for the same price, so now this sucker is pretty fancy (and the kids have a small tv downstairs).

We also ended up not even building a case for it right now. I decided to just see how we move it around first, then see how best we should bundle it up. Click

The wife and I have actually gone to see three movies in the theatre. We usually get to one over the holidays. In my humble opinion, American Hustle>Dallas Buyers' Club>Inside Llewelyn Davis. We also rented Despicable Me 2, with the kids, which was awesome. Might take them to see Frozen today. Dang it got cold again. It's the end of the year and c-l-i-c-k-s would nice.

We have been without a shower and now a toilet for over two months, as they work in our bathroom. We had a leak that required an insurance claim and to get everything moving took awhile, so we've hit the road the past week off and on to visit family, while they've demolished the shower and started to rebuild it. The joys of home ownership.
 
1) Granger the last interception dang near had me crying. What is up with the Cowboys?
2) Putting that computer together is so neat for the boys. I know they are looking up to you as being the Guru of everything.
3) The kids have to be enjoying their own TV. This is a plus plus for you and your DSW.
4) Taking the DSW to the movies on dates is the sweetest thing you can do. I'm sure she felt like she did the first time she met you, good job
5) My granddaughter went to see Despicable Me and loved it. She's 13 years old. She couldn't quit talking about it.
6) I feel for you going thru the shower and toilet issues. Waiting on insurance to pay is the pits. I hope they get everything done a little bit faster for you and the family.
7) I wish you and family a Happy New Year. I pray it brings lots of happiness to your family.
 
Westexas a lot more needs to go besides the defensive backs. Lets start with Jerry Jones and Tony Romo. I thought the second string quarterback did a lot better from the little bit of the game I got to watch.

Doggie I did see JJ plenty of times as for Romo DSH kept changing the tv on me so I didn't know if Romo played or not. I did get to watch the end though. With Romo I'm going by his past games.
 
I'm so frustrated with the Cowboys. The defense was awful all during the season. Romo did get a pass to a player on offense during last weeks game and won by 1 or 2 pts and on that pass I held my breath till I nearly passed out.

Don't ever ask a Midland Tx cop for directions to garden city...... We wound up headed to pecos....... All because DSW just had to spend some Kohls cash before January 5.
