Was this game played? Or is the schedule wrong? Does a playoff game not warrant someone taking the 30 seconds to report the score? Or at least letting someone know that the schedule is wrong?
Not trying to get on a soapbox here. But I have seen numerous posts about the private sector of our great sport being treated like step children........ But we can't even get someone to report a score or a schedule correction?
Edited:
Dallas Inspired Vision 33
Arlington Newman 32
Thank you HisTeam for posting the score.
hornkeeper12,
Not sure who you are but know that you have been around this board for a while now. I appreciate your candor and contributions.
However, brother, R-E-L-A-X (John will get that reference). As most of you know, I have put in time, money and expertise into bringing the Sixman game into the spot light we all share today. Granger was there from the beginning when all that was done was a fax sheet sent out. It was great. And we grew from there. There was the times when the Private schools did the same and we started our own web site until social media pretty much made that obsolete. In today's media there are several ways to promote and report game information. As much as we would like to say that sixman revolves around this site, it just is not so. There are several other channels now that we can and do promote our teams.
As an example: TCAF's official game and stat site is MaxPreps.com (I shutter). TCAF members are to have the stats and results by Monday morning.
With all that said, having a Thursday game in the league, it does not have to be reported until Monday. AND as I used to have to do when I was chasing down scores, pick up the phone and call the school. That was what I did to get the IV/NIAA score. It ain't that hard!
So.. have a great season and playoffs and as my Pappy says: "We'll take roll when we get there."
