Some great 2nd round games in the west

Going off of week 11 rankings, 7 of the 8 2nd round teams are in the top ten. There are going to be some very very impressive games this week.
Grady(19) vs. petersburg(8)
Borden(5) vs. Valley(2)
Rankin(7) vs. Ira(1)
Throck(4) vs. Water valley(3)

I know for sure that grady and petersburg is in hermaleigh. but that's the only one I've heard about.

I think the rankin-Ira game is in big spring at 7:30 on Saturday.....following the Grandfalls-Robert lee game (another good match-up)

I think it will be a great one. I wouldn't bet a penny either way on how it will turn out.

Many of those teams are overrated and some are grossly underated!!

At this point everyone in Reg 2 is just in Valleys way and same for whoever is left in Reg 3 as Throck is the team to beat this year.

Once again the Semi Final game in the West will be a better game than the State matchup.

If I didnt have a roundball tourney to be at this weekend and had to decide on a "game of the week" to go watch it would probly be Ira/Rankin. The others will be pretty lopsided in my opinion!!

Can't speak for the Grady/Petersburg game since I haven't seen Petersburg play this year, but the other three games mentioned here should be pretty good. I'll be watching the BC/Valley game and depending on how the BC defense holds up, I'll have my respirator handy. I'll also be watching Robert Lee/GF Royalty and Ira/Rankin on Saturday so if anyone would like updates on here, I'd be more than happy to post.

As of right now, the Petersburg/Grady game is set for Saturday Nov. 24 @ 6pm in Hermleigh!

All Ira games are broadcasted on 98.9 FM out of Snyder. I don't think it's streamed though but I could be wrong.
