I didn't know getting into the playoffs earned you a ribbon or a participation trophy. You have to win a game to get the trophy.

Win a game? One thing that bugs me about today's world is the fact you have 0-10 teams going to the playoffs. Its almost like district doesn't matter anymore. And I will say I do like windthorst and the tradition there. I believe the last names were Green? Extremely talented players. Those were some fun times.
How many games do you technically have to win to get in the playoffs?

As they say location is key to everything! Some locations it is only 1 game other locations it can be 2 or even 3 games. We were once a 4 seed that beat a 1 seed. Every year is different, our district this year stunk but again location put us in that district and it's not our fault some districts are strong and some are weak. I know it doesn't happen often but sometimes that four seed does bite that 1 seed. Think it was 10-15 years ago a 2-7 Wichita Falls Rider went on a 3 game playoff run. Back 2007, when they only took 3 teams we backed into the playoffs with only 2 wins in district and then proceeded to make a run to the region finals where we lost to the eventual state champions 16-17 and finished the year 6-7.

Minimum seems to be 1 right?
District 10 in 1A D2. You could realistically go 1-9 and make the playoffs if your 1 win was over one of your district opponents.
If that said opponent went 0-2 in district you'd be 2nd place.

I believe that if they want to play bigger schools in football, why not play them in all other sports. It doesn’t make sense that they want to play 2A in just football then go 1A in all other sports. This is just my opinion.

They don't want to play "2A" football, they want to play 11man or NOT play 6man. It feels like you want to punish all the other sports because they aren't choosing your type of football. The girls basketball coach, the track teams, the cross country runners shouldn't be affected because they want to keep playing 11man football.

If they want to play eleven man football that means they want to play 2A to stay eleven man. I do not want to punish any team, matter of fact if it were up to me all schools that turn in 104.9 or lower would play 6man football. However it’s not up to me this is just my opinion.
