Should we put a stop to Profiling?????

I think to some folks there is little difference between profiling and corporal punishment. :P

That reminds me, wonder if waterboarding is more uncomfortable than a whiping, ISS or alternative school. Surely sitting through one of those senior economic classes has to be just as dreadful.

If you mean playing cards while we were soposed to be doing work then i don't think so. I honestly don't think that waterboarding is a very cruel and proficient torturing. I do think that it should be reinstated into government tactics. Anything that would allow us to get information would help in our nations protection.

Is this the same Dan McGee who played at Howard Payne in the 60's? His first coaching job would have been at May in 1970-71? If it is, He was always listed as a forward at 6'10". There was another guy by the name of Davis on that team that played center, he was listed at 6'7". I always thought that was a little strange. Davis went on to play in the old ABA for a couple of years.

It sounds like it might be the same one.....age matches up and all. 6'10"?? I did not think he was that tall but could be wrong and am likely that I am wrong. I do know he was a forward. I am 6'1" and over 6'3" you just look taller than I am to me. LOL

Met a guy at COMPUSA in Plano recently. I was doing some looking and he walked up to stock the shelf next to me. I looked up at him and said "I haver to ask, are you 7 foot tall" He looked down at me, smilled and said "No, I am not 7 foot, I am 7 foot 5 inches" and then laughed. We talked for a while and he said he gets questions all the time. Played college ball for a year and then blew a knee out and never played again. When asked he said that yes, he felt he would of made the NBA.

Tell you what, I will give Dan a call next week and find out all the facts, got me curious now. LOL I am friends with Scott and Jason on FB but never talk to them as I really never knew them in school.

Dan McGee wasn't fired by Harley. He was there a year after they ran Harley off. I know Dan was a coach at Hillsboro prior to coming to Gordon. He or his wife had two younger kids closer to my age, Heath and Jamie that I knew really well.
