Hey folks, we are having a difficult time finding anyone close enough to us to schedule a game. Most are 3 + hours away. We don't want to drive that far and I'm sure nobody else does either. So does anyone know how playing at a neutral location would generally work? Main concern would be extra cost. Do you rent the location? Do they just take the gate as payment? Anyone have any experience with this?

Can’t speak for everyone, but we rent it out, then the gate is used to offset all expenses (rent, officials, workers, etc). If gate covers it, then we send remainder of gate to both schools equally. If gate doesn’t cover it, we invoice both schools for the remainder.
