the cuttoff is either 58.5 (which would make 67 teams D1 and 70 D2)
or 57.5 (which would make 69 teams D1 and 68 teams D2).

I was way off!! the cutoff is 58 and below = D2
59-104.9 = D1

Div II will be brutal in both the east and the west next year. Valley, crowell, rochelle all dropping! Adding Milford to the already brutal east but taking out Jonesboro!!!!What a shake up putting the cutoff where they did.

Granger, you gonna change the district predictor toy to accommodate the official cutoffs?
