This beast just keeps hanging around............ kinda like the crazy old uncle that just goees from one family to the next.....................

Kinda like seeing a family reuion gathering somewhere, pull in, get a plate of fried chicken, ask someone how's aunt Martha gettin' along these days?

Cowboy's family has their reunions at secret locations............
they're so secret that they they don't even tell him where they will be................

I poured 2.9 out of my rain gauge yesterday morning. I was told that it started raining about 10:30 the night before and I slept right through it. You could have knocked me over with a feather the next day. Tanks are still less than a third full. You are so right, it is wonderful!

As of 6:00 P.M. Sunday, I have poured a total of 5.2 inches of rain out of gauge. Tanks are nearing half full. The one with the best runoff potential is full.

Around San Angelo, I've heard anywhere between 5 and 10 inches. Majority around 8-9 inches. Lake Nazworthy full again and running over dam. Area lakes catching some of the run-off. My horses are standing in 2-4 inches of water and mud, but I don't care. Keep it coming. Sure will green up a lot of football fields. And re-energize a lot of weeds.

So far we here at HHR&WPC&SWW have been blessed with 4.5 inches of much needed moisture...... I am grateful for the fulfillment of this scripture: Matthew 5:45................

What the hades is this wet stuff that has been falling out of the sky the last few mornings? I think I remember seeing it before, but I'm not sure. It's awful nice though.
