My, my, my. Name callers, make believe tough guys, and just plain " Wa, Wa, Wa, I want to be noticed".
I just love the tough guys, the ones who have never looked down the wrong end of a gun. These are The kind of guys that get road rage, flip someone off, and then you read in paper about the guy that got blown away by a Southside gangbanger because he "dissed me".
The Guys that have Never been in the military, law enforcement or any other profession where you encounter extreme danger that is real and personal. As General Patton said, you don't want to die for your county, you want the other guy die for his.
They think that sitting in front a computer screen is real life and they are "Masters of the Universe".
From personal experience, I can tell you it's never cool to see your own blood pumping out.
So what I have said, rather than "threatening" anybody is try to impart some wisdom.
As a detective, a part of my job at times was witnessing autopsies.
I've seen my share of "tough guys on a slab".
In the military, tough guys rarely last, smart guys usually do.
As far as walking up and tapping you on the shoulder, they might say "smile, your on candid camera",
Or " Mr. Smith, this is a subpoena, your wife has filed for divorce, or the ever popular, " Hi, I'm from the Publishers Clearing House and......."
