any of you guys ever go that way to relax...if so, where do you stay, where do you eat, where do you hang out....thanks for any help

Fort Davis - From someone who lived there for 5 years, Poco Mexico, Blue Mountain Bistro...skip the drugstore
Marfa - Pizza Foundation, Convenience West BBQ. Some of the best BBQ I've ever had.

Lajitas Resort is a great little spot to go, especially if you are a golfer. Go spend a day in Terlingua. There are some cool glamping spots in the area that are one of a kind. Big Bend is pretty cool if its not too hot. Crazy to think it's part of Texas. The Santa Elena Canyon hike is great. It ends in a shallow area of the Rio that you can hang out in.

The Historic Gage hotel and Restaurant in Marathon is not to be missed! Is rated 4.5 by over 600 reviews, mine is 5.5! Marathon was once a 6 man powerhouse interesting history there as well,
Enjoy!
