I don't know anything about that, but when y'all brought it up last night I thought of that Farmer's Insurance commercial where they use kitty litter to give the car traction and then all those cats show up. Maybe someone got their pick up stuck and used kitty litter and all those cats are the aftermath.

It was pretty funny, after the game once the field cleared, they all went and hung out on the field.
 
Olerelk lol We are dog people too although I did own two cats but couldn't stand them clawing the furniture. My son has both of them now and had them declawed and even gets the Lion Cuts. I get so mad for him doing that but they shed worse than dogs. They are characters all right. My son in law drinks cold water before he goes to bed and they had to bop Cali because they caught her drinking in his glass. So no before bedtime she has to have a bowl of ice water. Cats are neat but not in my house on my mirco fiber couches and love seat.
 
Oh Mr Hornkeeper I feel so dumb. They were Evant ----cats. I don't know their team names. You two guys are so funny. You and olderelk saved me from depression. I don't know where the other guys are or if I offended anyone. This is making sad not hearing from them. You and Olderelk don't ever leave me alone. I'm nosy about your days and always hoping they are Great Days.

No, these were actual cats. And me without mah rifle.
Coulda bagged a couple deer on the way home, woulda had to use the 4.8L to get em though.
 
Hornkeeper your crazy. I'm glad you didn't have your rifle..You know how those game wardens are. Just to be right on this, their were 40 actual cats? or was there a team of cats? I got it now, Olderelk is an Evant Elk. One of those homegrown elks that supports those boys all the way. Now I know where two of you good men are from and who you support. We didn't get to hunt. besides the camera catches tons of pigs. The does coming in have 1 fawn and the does would fit in that trash bag size. He will have to wait for Papa Buck to come in. DSH may open the lease to get the hogs out of there after he hunts. Let Rainjack know about that. He will need a seimi to carry them off. One of our neighbors had 25+. He made a lot of money selling them. And yes they were carried off in a semi. That farmer lost tons of hays to those pig. He was totally unhappy.
 
It's a sad day in the Neighborhood. I read the article the Elrut posted and it's so sad to see what's happening to our neighbor Mexico with all their cartels taking over their country and to think maybe they will head right into Texas after their work is Controlled by these Murderer's. My Nephew is Afganistan as I type this and those people kill people just to kill. If your Christian then your killed. Now Mexico Cartels killing innocent people over there, bringing their drugs over here and on all the border cities. This is an ugly world be we have to keep fighting to make it a happy place until Jesus takes us home or we get strong enough to fight all of this horrible wrongs. I ask God to help the people and to bring an end to the wrongful killings. Like I said in the other post, this is my happy place with all of you.
 
For right now our happy places is the freedom to watch our boys play football and to support them all the way, our happy places are our homes filled with family. Our happy place is to worship our Father in Heaven. Our happy place is to be able to work to take care of our homes (I do realize the people out of work). Our happy place is as simple as Grangers message Board to visit and find new friends. Our happy place is we have the right as Christians to pray that all wrong doings are stopped. We can't let the world take our happiness. This is why I grabbed hold of Smokey Joe's thread. It's my happy place.

Except for the 4.8L which is the size of the engine in my truck and also the only weapon I had that coulda taken down a deer, on the way home.
 
I am laughing now. I guess that could of been a cat give away. We feed wild cats so they will keep snakes out of the yard. I know about the deer. Everyone has to be so careful at night. My mom totaled her Cadillac because a gigantic buck ran in front of her. My aunt got hurt from hitting a deer. I like them better when they stay at the feeders.

Yes, sad indeed. As a Christian, i take comfort in knowing that all of it is happening as foretold in revelations. I will give them my neck with a smile as I sing the praises of Jesus, never denouncing my savior for the sake of living on this earth.
 
Amen Hornkeeper I also will never denounce Jesus. Let them do what they may. And it is foretold in Revelations. I love the Lord with all of my heart and the first commandment is to Love One Another. As long as were doing that we are with God's Mercy and Grace. The World isn't going to get any better until God says enough. But we as Christians can find happiness in his Grace.
 
I love everyone on this board. But Jesus loves you so much more. We are his children and he looks after us. I Praise Jesus Name Amen and Amen

OFB that is so true. When that day comes we will all be free without any worries or fears. I try to remind myself every time I think about the mess the government is in such as insurance and healthcare, I have a special person like you to remind me whose in control. Thank you my friend.
