LOL OFB I love you and p.s. I'm a ham eater. Turkey is too dry. While I'm eating my ham I will be thinking it's one of those Throckmorton Pigs on the lease.

I just took a turkey off the smoker .... 2 sticks of butter injected into the bird and basted with butter & olive oil throughout the 6 hour cook........ If it's dry. I give upon cooking turkeys.........

Westexas and OFB You are two crazy hoots. I liked to have jumped out of my chair when I saw that turkey. Now I really know why I DON'T LIKE THAT KIND OF TURKEY AT ALL. I hope he's not on your tables either.
